Who am I
Hi, I’m Julia — a yoga teacher, astrologer, and space holder for personal transformation.
Julia Sun Temple was born from my own journey of healing, self-discovery, and the deep desire to live a life with more balance, presence, and purpose. Like many others, I once felt stuck in repeating patterns, disconnected from my body, and unsure of how to begin exploring my spiritual side. Step by step, I found my way through practices that helped me reconnect — and now I share them with others.
My path led me to India, where I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga. Since then, I’ve had the joy of teaching in Barcelona, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, creating spaces where people can breathe, move, and come back to themselves. My classes blend mindful movement, breath, and energy awareness — always with the intention of meeting you where you are.
Beyond yoga, I’m trained in Evolutionary Psychological Astrology, Family Constellations, Life Coaching, and Reiki Usui. I’ve also studied tools like NLP, Akashic Records, and SRT (Spiritual Response Therapy), which allow me to support others more holistically — emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
Whether through a yoga class, an astrology session, or energy work, my intention is always the same: to help you feel more connected to your true self, and more empowered in your life.

My Cosmic Blueprint
My Sun in Sagittarius fuels my adventurous spirit, love for travel, and desire to explore new horizons. Naturally optimistic and independent, I follow my own path with confidence and passion. As a lifelong learner, I dream of sharing knowledge and inspiring others to live with purpose and joy.
With my Moon in Gemini, I am endlessly curious and love connecting with others. Communication and learning are at the heart of who I am. My Air Moon helps me articulate emotions, and gives me a capacity of offering insight and objectivity when understanding the inner worlds of those around me.
My Leo rising is an exciting area of growth and self-discovery. I only recently found out that Leo is my rising sign, as I previously had the wrong birth time. While those close to me have always seen this energy in me, I’m still on the journey of fully embracing it. Leo brings both a deep desire to be seen and the challenge of healing my self-worth, especially with Chiron also in Leo. As I learn to embrace my own light, I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
My story
Ten years ago, I never imagined I would choose this path. I studied Marketing Management at university, followed by a Master’s in Business Management, and spent years working in sales and marketing for large companies. At one point, I thought the corporate world was my future. But just as my career was about to take off, I made the bold decision to leave it all behind and start fresh in England.
The turning point came during the pandemic when I was made redundant from my job. It was then that I chose to reinvent myself, redirect my career, and pursue a life more aligned with my true purpose.
After two years of studying and sharing Reiki in the UK, I embarked on a solo journey I had dreamed of for years. Over the course of a year, I traveled through South Africa, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia. These travels brought me closer to my true self, sparking immense personal growth and transformation.
The boldest decisions I've made have shaped the most pivotal moments of my life and personal growth. I know how challenging it can be to follow that inner voice, and I'm deeply passionate about helping others find the clarity and courage to trust theirs.
