As any therapy, Reiki requires of frequency and commitment to it to see results. This is why it is important to do a number of sessions to be able to judge its results on a specific issue. The number of the sessions needed varies in every person and every issue. I normally recommend to start taking 4 sessions and then decide if taking 4 more. Ideally you should take a Reiki session every 1/2 weeks depending of your urgency to solve the issue you are looking to work on. You can get your own 4 sessionsbundle with any of my 1:1 sessions, or with any combination of them and you will get a 15% discount off the total.
