- This therapy starts with a little consultation where we will discuss the intention of the session and any issues you want to focus on.
- After that I will be guiding you through a meditation to relax your mind and body and prepare them for receiving the Reiki energy.
- The full body session will be performed along with some Reiki music to assist you into the healing. Some crystals or additional hand positions might be used depending on every case.
- Before finishing I will balance the energy of your chakras through some specific hands positions to make sure that none of them are more open than others and that they are all in perfect alignment with each other.
- After that we will share our experiences and I will run you through any energy blockages I might have found during the session. I might also give you some recommendations to maintain your chakras in a good energy state on your own if needed.
- To close the session you will pick a card from the Earth Warriors Oracle to receive the message you most need to hear in that moment for your highest good, along with a healing process to perform during your own time.
